[van-discuss] How do I subscribe to this list?

Dear Tao Folks,

I seem to only be getting the announcements list in my e-mail.  As I live 
out of town I usually can't attend events, but I'd like to get the 
discussion list, so how do I go about doing this.

Pardon my ignorance if this is obvious to you.
