Four Vancouver activists, Amal Rana, Khaled Barakat, Razan Abu-Remaileh and
Charlotte Kates, travelled to Porto Alegre, Brazil for the World Social
Forum: Free Palestine.

They worked with the US/Canada Joint Struggle Delegation, which linked
struggles for racial, social, gender and environmental justice and
indigenous rights with the struggle for Palestinian liberation, and were
involved with a wide variety of Forum programming, including Queer Visions
at the World Social Forum: Free Palestine, political prisoner solidarity
workshops, and more.

Hear their reportback on the Forum, assessment of the international
movement today, and steps forward – as well as video, photos, and poetry.

We encourage folks to come early and hungry and partake of the excellent
food available at Rhizome (and help support this important community
resource by doing so!)
