answered “yes” to the previous questions, Media Democracy Day is your day!

Media should inform, liberate and empower all members of our society. On
Media Democracy Day, the public has a chance to share and discuss ways in
which we can continue to democratize media together.
Make your voice heard on Saturday, November 7th at the Vancouver Public
Library (350 West Georgia Street), and celebrate Media Democracy Day with
other democratic media enthusiasts. From 11am to 6pm, you will have a chance
to attend interactive workshops, panels and a media democracy fair. You will
meet many of Vancouver’s journalists, technology innovators, and social
change makers. Some of these include:
