Hi all:

I caught up with Danse again this evening. According to him the 
CBC broadcast has prompted the Police and the Community Policing 
Centre to hand deliver his belongings back to him, and as such we 
don't need to go to the Station with him.

Any future updates on this I will send only to the Project-X list 
so as not to clutter all your in-boxes (apologies for this but 
it's important anyone thinking of showing up tomorrow knows the 
action has been canceled SO PLEASE FWD THIS as widely as previous 
messages).

In terms of other follow-up: the graffiti on the 
Grandview-Woodlands CPC apparently read "Stop the War on the 
Poor" in giant lettering and this was mentioned on the CBC 
report. Meanwhile, Danse has a semi-decent amount of bedding once 
more, and lots of well-wishers. I spoke to someone from the 
Grandview-Woodlands Community Association (or some such org.) who 
noted that the entire neighbourhood is "really pissed off." 
Finally, it is Danse with an 's' as Rider suspected.
