Under The Volcano is the only festival of its kind in British Columbia, a
festival of art and social change on the cusp of its 18th birthday.  It is
a radical party that has not made a lot of money, so we're trying to turn
that aound and make this years festival a reality.  The fundraiser
features Joey Only Outlaw Band's first appearance in Vancouver in six
months.  Joey Only promises to sing a few Utah Philips songs to honour his
recent passing.  It's a show worth catching, come on down.
