 The hearing resumes on April 2nd, 2008 with testimony from Crown
Counsel, Dana Urban, a former senior legal adviser to then–police
complaint commissioner Don Morrison

 There will be a short notice- noon rally organized by the Indigenous
Action Movement and supporters in front of the court house on this
date of the Frank Paul Inquiry, April 2nd, 2008 to support Peggy
Clement as she attends the hearing and to show support for Dana
Urban's important testimony.  At this time, the Indigenous Action
Movement will have a smudging ceremony and a sign of appreciation will
be given to Cameron Ward, David Eby, Steven Kelliher.
