Come hear the stories, experiences, and reflections of a local midwife
who, along with her family, spent 7 month working as a primary health
care provider with rural Community Based Health Programs in the
Philippines.

Learn about the people-centered and community-run alternative to
failing state-run health services in the context of a national
democratic movement for social change.  Find out more about the
different ways communities organize to meet their basic needs amidst
economic crisis and severe hunger.

Support ongoing projects to expand Community Based Health Programs to
poor and exploited communities across the Philippines.
