Vancouver joins North American Day of Action...

Rally and March to Bring the Troops Home
Saturday, October 27 
 
Gather: 12 Noon at Waterfront Station (Cordova & Seymour), 
March: 1pmRally: 2pm at the Vancouver Art Gallery (Georgia &
 Hornby). 

Featured speakers to include: 
-Malalai Joya, renowned Afghan parliamentarian and activist,
-Francisco Juarez, Canadian Military Communities Speak Out
-US war resisters seeking refuge in Canada

Live music by Stereoground and others

Organized by the StopWar.ca Coalition. 

The October 27 Day of Action will see large regional rallies
in the U.S. to end the war in Iraq, as well as rallies against
the occupation of Afghanistan in a number of countries. For

*Malalai Joya will also be featured at a number of events
in British Columbia following the October 27 rally, including
