Get involved!

 

For the past two years, Grassroots Women has mobilized women, children, and
supporters to attend an annual Mother’s Day march and rally, reclaiming the
anti-conscription roots of the day. This year, we will continue to mark
Mother’s Day as an occasion for women to oppose wars of aggression and as an
opportunity to highlight the genuine needs of working class women for
universal childcare and a just and lasting peace.

 

Please join us for a planning meeting on Wednesday, March 28th at 7:00 p.m.
at the Grassroots Women office (1115B E. Hastings, enter from Glen). Please
let us know in advance if you are planning to attend.
