  Rally at the Art Gallery and march to the Downtown Hotels to hear workers
speak on and about the working conditions in the service industry
   
  Join them in their struggle for respect and justice on the job.
   
  Dear Brothers & Sisters,
  More than 2,000 UNITE HERE Local 40 hotel workers at downtown Vancouver
hotels have been in contract negotiations since the end of June. UNITE HERE
Local 40 food service workers at GM Place and the Vancouver Airport have
been
organizing for respect and justice on the job. Many of these workers are
women,
immigrants and people of colour.
