Countless people die, are beaten, sexually assaulted, disappear, or are
dropped off at the outskirts of towns across Canada at the hands of the 
RCMP or police. In Prince George, ten RCMP officers sexually abused
underage Aboriginal girls yet escaped conviction due to the RCMP's
manipulation of the justice system. It is sexual assault when the abuser
is in a position of power. It is murder when indigenous people are killed
by the police such as in the case of Frank Paul.
