The BC Compassion Club is a consensus run, not-for-profit organization that
meets the holistic healing needs of a large and growing community.

We are currently looking for caring and committed individuals to join our staff
collective. Positions may include reception and / or counter service on a
full-time, part-time, and casual basis. Additionally, we expect staff to
participate in the overall organizing, cleaning and functioning of the
organization.

We need people who are compassionate, skilled communicators, great at
multitasking, grounded, and easy-going. Your experience with social work,
consensus, and activism would help us. Candidates will be expected to be
familiar with or able to learn computer programs (MS Word, Excel, and our Point
of Sale system). Previous cash experience or reception experience and
familiarity with cannabis and / or holistic health care an asset.

We offer a basic starting wage of $15 per hour with generous in-house and
extended benefits available.
