Following a successful Mother's Day March and Rally on Sunday, Grassroots
Women is hosting a discussion about childcare on May 18th at 6:00 (1115B
East Hastings, enter from Glen).

Mothers and all women are invited to join us to:

* Find out more about the federal government's plan to cut childcare funding
in favour of offering a limited $100/month subsidy and encouraging more
privatized childcare

* Learn the results of our Mother's Day childcare survey

* Share your experiences with childcare to help us deepen our campaign
calling for Universal Childcare as a Woman's Right

* Contribute your suggestions for action and learn about ways to get
involved.
