Vancouver Community Television Association "VCTA"  on Shaw Cable 4.

Saturdays at 6 pm,
Sundays at 9 pm,
  Weds/Thurs midnight   and Thursdays at 11 am,  Fridays at 3 am
  And some days, on Novus TV Channel 33, six times a day.
