[van-announce] List mod message: problems with bounce processing

Hey, all:

I've heard from some folks that their subscriptions to 
van-announce have been disabled due to excessive bounces.  The 
problem is that those bounces happened anywhere from five months 
to two years ago.  The list software is set to discard bounce 
information after seven days, so I don't know what caused this 
particular hiccup.

In any event, I have gone through the subscription list and 
manually re-enabled mail delivery for anyone whose delivery was 
disabled due to excessive bounces.  With any luck this will set 
things right.

Please let me know if the problem persists.
