…first meeting of Mobilization Against War & Occupation (MAWO) of 2006!
Date: Wednesday January 4
Time: 6:30pm
Place: at the Britannia Community Center
(1661 Napier St – on Commercial Drive at Napier St)

This new year MAWO is looking forward to another year of struggle uniting 
with all people against the occupations of Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, 
Haiti and Indigenous Nations in Canada and toward building an effective 
antiwar movement!

This week we will be discussing the upcoming MAWO demonstration on January 
28th as well as our regular monthly demonstrations, forums and film showings 
and cultural events leading up to and beyond the International Weekend of 
Action on March 18th & 19th 2006 - MAWO will be continuing to organize to 
build the antiwar movement across the Lower Mainland.

Join MAWO for our first antiwar organizing meeting of 2006!
