DROP THE GLOVES ON CLIMATE CHANGE

*Saturday February 18^th , 2006 at 1pm, Grandview Park (1657 Charles 
Street (@ Commercial Drive)*

Come out and play hockey to stop climate change!

Vancouver hockey fans will participate in a worldwide day of action to 
save hockey and slow global warming. Similar “Save Hockey, Stop Climate 
Change” hockey games are planned in cities around North America and 
Europe to raise awareness about climate change and the risk it poses to 
winter sports.

In Vancouver we’re making the link between local transportation issues 
(since auto emissions are the biggest source of greenhouse gases in BC) 
and global climate change. Come out and play to support the cause (BYO 
sticks, gear and rubber boots)!
