Kevin Potvin of Magpie Magazine Gallery and The Republic newspaper is 
running independently for Vancouver City Council in elections on 
November 13.

Kevin invites responses, comments, questions, heads-ups, arguments, 
debates, discussions and new knowledge and information on these and 
any other issues of importance to the City of Vancouver.

A big part of Kevin's campaign is to demonstrate that independents 
can win council seats (and that more should try).

Kevin wants to show that big money from big donors slipped into the 
big pockets of big parties to buy big media advertising for big 
candidates is not necessary to win in Vancouver, and can all be 
trumped by big thinking.

Remember that it is not necessary to use all ten votes for Council 
when you go to your ballot station. You may, if you wish, use only 
one tic mark beside one name and walk away; your ballot is still 
valid.
