Subject: Cheney protests postponed/Sept. 7 meeting still on

StopWar.ca members and delegates,
Please note and pass on to your organizations that the scheduled protests
against Dick Cheney for this Thursday have been postponed, as the war
criminal/Vice-President has put off his visit to Alberta. We will of course
be protesting Cheney and other top administration officials when they do
visit Canada.
StopWar.ca will be going ahead with our extra meeting Wednesday, September
7, 5:30p.m. at the Maritime Labour Centre (111 Victoria Dr.), to plan for
our film night September 13, the anti-war weekend of September 24, and other
upcoming events.
There will also be general meetings on Wednesday, September 14 and 28. We
hope to see you all this month as we gear up for a busy fall of anti-war
events and actions in Vancouver.

-All events organized or endorsed by StopWar.ca, a broad-based coalition
with over 160 endorsing organizations and prominent individuals.
