Reminder: MAWO Meeting this Wednesday!

The next meeting of Mobilization Against War & Occupation (MAWO) is…

The MAWO meeting is coming up again! We are in the midst of an exciting time 
organizing for the future and our 2nd anniversary this week gives us a 
chance to reflect on the past and what we’ve built in the last two years. At 
the MAWO meeting this Wednesday we will discuss our antiwar movement 
building work in the future with the rally on November 19 and our major 
conference on November 20 – “Canada: Imperialist At Home, Imperialist Abroad 
- Building the Antiwar Movement to Confront the New Canadian War Drive”. 
Invite people you know to come out and get involved in building the antiwar 
movement!

Also a reminder to join us for MAWOWE’EN tonight – antiwar hip hop, spoken 
word show and a celebration of MAWO’s 2 year anniversary of building the 
antiwar movement in Vancouver! It will be at El Cocal Restaurant at 1037 
Commercial Drive – doors at 8:30pm and the show will begin at 9pm.
