                         Saturday June 4TH
                      CRAB park * 4pm till late

The Anti-Poverty Committee invites our friends and allies to a barbecue
this Saturday June 4th at 4pm at CRAB park (located at the very North end
of Main street on the water front).

CRAB Park is one of the few spaces in the DTES open to poor people. It has
a history of struggle and remembrance. Currently the city and police have
increased their patrolling and policing of the park and the people. What
they refer to as ‘cleaning-up’ we know through experience is social
cleansing.

So don’t let the yuppies dogs and polices horses shit all over our park.
Take it back for the people who fought for it and won!

The APC will provide the BB-Q’s and hotdogs. Please bring any other food
to share. As well as frisbees, soccer balls, etc. And of course B.Y.O.B.!
