[van-announce] List weirdness

Hey, all.

At some point late last week something went off-kilter on 
van-announce [note my highly technical description of the 
problem].  Posts didn't get to the moderator for approval, or if 
they did, the auto-acks to the posters didn't, nor did the 
approved posts end up anywhere but on the web archive.

I think the fine folks of the Resist! collective have figured it 
out and van-announce should function as usual.
