Vancouver Community Television Association "VCTA"  on channel 4
  Saturday at 6pm, Sunday at 9 pm, and Thursday at 11 am,
and on Novus TV Channel 33, six times a day, some days.

This one-hour presentation brings 
three parts:

1. "On-To-Ottawa Trek". People's Voice newspaper celebrated the 70th 
Anniversary of the On to Ottawa Trek at their Victory Banquet last 
Saturday, Speakers include David Lethbridge and  Elspeth Garner

2. "Veterans Against NATO" Featuring David Morgan, National President
of 
Veterans Against Nuclear Arms.

3."This is the Dawning of Perpetual Democracy...Perpetual
Democracy"....
