[van-announce] IDENTITY submissions wanted

thirdspace - an anti-racist feminist zine - is looking for submissions for
our next issue.  The theme is "Identity" - interpret how you wish - and
submissions are due on January 19th.

some possible topics (just to float some ideas out there):
- transformation
- self-identification
- living within a variety of spaces/roles/cultures/expectations/etc.
- what do identity politics mean to you?
- what makes you you?
- the list will grow according to your submissions...

anyone from anywhere may submit.

thirdspace accepts comics, poetry, short fiction, artwork, rants, creative
non-fiction, book/film/music reviews, drawings, photography, graphics,
whatever you've got, we can probably use it... as long as it is
anti-racist, feminist, queer- and trans-friendly.

To submit:

email the file(s) to thirdspaceuvic at riseup.net

OR

mail to thirdspace, University of Victoria, P.O. Box 3035 Stn CSC,
Victoria, BC, Canada, V8W 3P3

written submissions should be no more than 1500 words.  artwork should be
printable in black and white.  please include contact info.  we reserve
the right to edit and submission does not guarantee publication.
