Petitioning in Support of War Resisters
The growing number of US soldiers who refuse to participate in the US/UK occupation of Iraq is becoming an important force in the anti war/anti occupation movement. Each soldier who refuses to fight weakens the occupation in favour of the Iraqi resistance. Capilano students will be out on campus on this day collecting signatures to support these soldiers in their struggle to be granted asylum in Canada
