It is with great joy that the Free the Cuban 5
Committee Vancouver (FC5C-Van) and Vancouver
Communities in Solidarity with Cuba (VCSC) welcome the
news on August 9th that the judges of the 11th Circuit
Court of Appeal found, unanimously, that the five
anti-terrorist Cubans who have spent the last 7 years
in jail did not have a fair trial in Miami, and
recommended that they be retried outside of the
jurisdiction.

Join the Free the Cuban 5 Committee Vancouver and
Vancouver Communities in Solidarity with Cuba for an
evening to celebrate this historic victory for the
Cuban 5 won on Aug 9th 2005!
