Next Meeting of Mobilization Against War & Occupation (MAWO):

Wednesday August 3
6:30pm
at the Britannia Community Center (1661 Napier St, on Commerial Drive at 
Napier St)

In the past two weeks, MAWO has organized two successful picket actions 
against Canada's increased troop deployment to Afghanistan. Over 40 people 
participated at each of the picket actions with hundreds more getting 
leaflets & newsletters and hearing the speakers statements against the new 
Canadian war drive. The antiwar movement has much work to do educating and 
organizing against Canadian imperialism, come out to the MAWO meeting and 
get involved!
