             Carnival in Grandview Park

Meet at Clark Park (Commercial Drive and E. 14th ave.)
1:30 pm, Sunday, May 1,2005

2:00 pm Leave for parade to Grandview Park (Commercial Drive at 
Charles St.)

3:00 pm Community BBQ/potluck in Grandview Park
Circus, Musicians and Workshops into the night. Bring your 
instruments, costumes and props for circus jams. Bring zines, 
arts, crafts and everything else to share.

4:30 pm With music from Latino-America, Jamaica and revolutionary 
song from Canada.

OTHER EVENTS:
* Friday April 29, 6:00 pm: Origins of Mayday
   Presentation and social gathering.
   Palestinian Community Center located at 1784 Kingsway.

* Friday May 6, 6:00 pm: Latino-American Video Night:
   "Resistance, Rebellion and Revolution in Latin America".
   Palestinian Community Center located at 1874 Kingsway.
