Cloverdale Rodeo protest

Where:
corner of 176th Street and 60th Avenue, Surrey BC

When:
Saturday, 22nd of May 2004 from 2:00 PM until approximately 4:00 PM

Cost: free

On Saturday, May 22nd, and Sunday, May 23rd, there will be a peaceful protest at 
the Cloverdale Rodeo in Surrey, BC. We will meet at 1:30pm at the King George 
SkyTrain station in Surrey, and carpool from there. If you have a car, please 
volunteer to drive other people! We might end up picketing at 2:15pm instead 
of 2:00pm if the traffic is bad. If there aren't enough car seats for 
everyone, then some of us will have to take the SkyTrain back to Surrey 
Central station, go to Station Bay 2, and get on the #320 Langley Centre via 
Willowbrook bus. If you get on it at 1:15pm, you can get there at 1:47pm. If you 
prefer to drive, there's a parking lot a few blocks from where we'll be 
picketing. It has a dusty floor, and the guy charges $4 I think. The Rodeo also 
has parking, but I think it's $5. There's a 7-11 and and Esso station, in case 
anyone needs to use the washroom, or gets majorly hungry and needs to buy some snacks.
