WORLD DAY FOR LAB ANIMALS APRIL 17TH

Where:
Montreal

When:
Saturday, 17th of April 2004 from 10:00 AM until approximately 7:45 PM

Cost: free for you,but might cost something for the targets!!!!!

On April 17th 2004,SHAC ( Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty ) and all other
animals rights advocates will be taking the streets for marches and rallies
to pay tribute to the innocent animals trapped inside these hell holes. In
Montreal,we are planning a day of action against the infamous animal
testing contract laboratory,Huntingdon Life Sciences. We urge all of you
to come out and show your support for SHAC,ALF and all other direct action
groups that are actually proving to us that with a little information and
organisation,we could shut down the largest animal testing contract
laboratory.A lab that once held a 25 million dollar surplus, they have found
themselves 83 million dollars in debt, lost 100's of clients, kicked off the
New York and London stock exchange All because of a handful of dedicated
activists working hard day in and day out, from hard hitting home demos,to
office demos,to electronic civil disobedience,to direct action...The
result:by september 2005,if SHAC don't shut down HLS,and they can't afford
to pay the 83 million dollar debt ( Which will be much higher than it is ),the
lab will have to file for bankruptcy due to mass protests by SHAC. The animals
trapped inside HLS are counting on YOU to do ALL you can to shut down the city of
hell for good....For more info,please visit shacamerica.net
