Patricia Leidl of the Liu Institute for Global Issues at UBC presents compelling 
evidence that an explosion of activism over the past decade by the United 
Nations and other international agencies is leading to an extraordinary 
decline in global violence, including terrorist incidents.

Patricia Leidl is Editorial Director of the Human Security Report.

Lecture will be followed by discussion and refreshments.

The World Federalists of Canada - Vancouver Branch meets at this location on the 
third Thursday of every month. The general public is cordially invited to attend.
