OPEN MEETING FOR HUMAN RIGHTS VOLUNTEERS A weekly organizational meeting 
fostering community-based, hands-on involvement in international human rights issues 
like freedom of expression.  Every Tuesday Evening @ 7:00p.m. @ The Celtic Cafe, 36
