PROTEST ISRAELI AMBASSADOR HAIM DIVON AT UBC!!!

Wednesday, March 3rd

Meet at 11:30am at the Centre of International Relations, Liu Institute of
Global Issues at 6476 NW Marine Drive (University of British Columbia).

This demonstration will be following a successful effort to shut Divon
down at Langara College earlier today.

The Palestine Community Centre, Palestine Solidarity Group and the
Anti-Poverty Committee joined forces as a small but powerful group of
demonstrators effectively shut down Israeli Ambassador to Canada Haim
Divon.   Confronted by the atrocities being committed by the Israeli
government, Divon had no answers for the audience.  Weak attempts at
justifying the Israeli State position as occupiers of Palestine were
transparent and laughed down.

Building on the success of today's event, protestors will be attending
tomorrow at UBC to ensure that Haim Divon and others understand that no
representative of the Israeli State will be able to speak undisrupted in
the City of Vancouver while the occupation of Palestine persists.
