In response to Canada's escalated role in occupation, MAWO launched OPERATION CANADA OUT! on January 29th 2004. This campaign has gathered widespread support through petition drives at the University of Victoria, UBC, BCIT, Langara College, Capilano College, Emily Carr Institute of Design, Metrotown and outside the Vancouver Public Library. Over 5,000 signatures have been gather for the campaign so far! 

Canada's occupation of Afghanistan and Haiti is in the interests of the Canadian government and corporations, not Afghan, Haitian or Canadian people. It is critical for us to always put Canada's occupations at the forefront of the anti-war movement in Canada.
Join us June 11th for the next forum of the CANADA OUT Campaign. This will be focused on the expansion of the era of war and occupation from Afghanistan and the Middle East to Haiti and Latin America.
