Palestinian Folk Dance Troupe in Vancouver – Feb 29-Britannia Centre

Come and celebrate a Palestinian Cultural Night with the Arab community in 
BC!

Raj’ean Dabka & Dance Troupe will be performing in Vancouver on February 29, 
at the Britannia Community Centre (Napier & Commercial Drive, Vancouver).

Raj’ean, which means “the Returners” in Arabic, will perform a variety of 
Dances which celebrates land, freedom, love and people resistance.  The 
newly established group in Canada is managed and trained by Palestinian & 
Arab youth who were members in dance groups in Palestine.

The event will also include live music performed by local artists in 
solidarity with Palestine and Immigrant communities.

Join us, bring your kids, and enjoy a night of festivities!

When:   February 29, 2004 -  6:30 pm
Where: Britannia Community Centre Auditorium
	1661 Napier Street (at Commercial Drive), Vancouver
Admission: Regular $20, Students $10
