the PEOPLE'S PROM

Where:
the Maritime Labour Centre (1880 Triumph at Victoria)

When:
Saturday, 14th of February 2004 from 9:00 PM until approximately 11:00 PM

Cost: $5 with prom  gear / $8 without

the 4th annual People's Prom is East Van's answer to
Valentine's Day. Come have a raunchy good time and help
raise money for groups working to end the 2 year 
time limit on welfare.

DJ's spinning 80's, revolutionary hip hop, and slow songs.
Dancing contests, pinata, and prizes going to best dressed
and king and queen. And let's not forget the infamous kissing booth.

Put on your prom duds, grab a date or two and come on down to the prom.
