**Reminder: MAWO MEETING THIS WEEK

Wednesday August 25 -- 6:30pm -- Britannia Community Centre

MAWO is currently undertaking the exciting and enormous task of organizing the Student Week Against War and Occupation 2004 in coordination with student unions and student groups on over 10 campuses across the lower mainland from September 13-24. Culminating with a demonstration against the occupation of Iraq on September 25th downtown Vancouver, the SWAWO 2004 will stir up energy and create momentum for major student and youth participation and leadership in the anti war movement. Join us in this work in consistently building an effective anti war movement in Vancouver! 

As the US AC-130 gunships continue their aerial assault on the city and people of Najaf and continue their attack on the sacred Imam Ali mosque we have to continue to organize, educate and mobilize Vancouver against this attack on all of humanity. Join Us!
