You will note that I have attached some documents that were prepared by the South Van. Community Health Society.  Some of our residents approached us with considerable concern about their right to have control over who knows what from their health records.  This has been accerbated by the possibility of the MSP files being sent to the US and thus out of our control.  While the SVCHS has no particular problem with the general info being sent they believe strongly that their personal identifying data should be respected.  Their individual identity is theirs and not for sale to "whom ever" without their prior approval.  So read the attached and if you want, fill out the form and send it in.  Please feel free to distribute the material to anyone you think might benefit.  Since Pat Vacca is the lead person on this project for the SVCHS then feel free to contact him at patvacca at shaw.ca or 604-435-1366, or myself.
