CALLOUT FOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR HEU

Public Healthcare is on the line.

Why are health care workers on strike?

- more than 6000 healthcare workers fired
- hospitals closed, services cut, seniors left without care
- services contracted out to multi-national corporations
- reduced quality of care due to lower standards of cleanliness and food
service resulting from the high turnover of an underpaid and under
trained workforce
- Over 100 pages of concession demands tables by health employers and
the B.C. Government


Please join us at St. Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver Hospital, or Royal
Columbian Hospital for a rally at 4 p.m. Sunday April 25 or at your
nearest hospital or unionized long-term care facility.
