THIS WEEKEND!! Celebrate Choice! pro-choice conference

Please join us ON SATURDAY APRIL 24, 2004
8:30  a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Pre-registration is a MUST! Registration forms may be completed on-line at www.optbc.org 
before 4 pm, April 23.

This is an opportunity for Pro-choice people to:
    Network, share information and strategize.
    Hear about the latest developments in Reproductive Health
    Explore historically and politically relevant issues.
    Foster connections among people in communities throughout the province.

The day will consist of panel discussions of relevant topics, a resource fair 
and some fun group activities.

"CELEBRATE CHOICE" TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:
    Abortion: the Canadian Experience
    Reproductive Rights, Legal, and Social Issues
    Global, National and local Issues re access to Reproductive Health Services
    An update on anti-choice activities
    A look at Reproductive Decision-Making
    Latest trends in Contraception and Emergency Contraception


This event is sponsored by Options for Sexual Health, BC Women's Hospital &
Health Centre, Pro-Choice Action Network, Elizabeth Bagshaw Clinic,
Everywoman's Health Centre, Students For Choice (UBC), Vancouver Women's
Health Collective and others.

This event is being held in conjunction with the "SPEAK UP FOR WOMENS'
CHOICE MARCH" on SUNDAY APRIL 25th in VANCOUVER.

There is no registration fee for this event.
