Want to Volunteer as a Human Rights Observer? Building Bridges/ISM 
Vancouver Coffee House

Where:
Perk and Beans Coffee House, St. John's Street, Port Moody

When:
Saturday, 29th of May 2004 from 4:00 PM until approximately 6:00 PM


Come to our coffee house fundraiser to learn about opportunities abroad and 
locally.  Speakers from both groups, mingle and ask questions of recently 
returned activists, live music.  Coffee and snacks on sale.

Human rights observers go into a community, with invitation, to monitor and 
report on human rights abuses.

Building Bridges is looking for Canadians to travel to Chiapas, Mexico to work with 2 
Mexican organizations monitoring human rights.

ISM Vancouver is looking for Canadians to travel to the West Bank and Gaza Strip, 
Palestine to participate in non-violent direct actions and monitor human rights.
