Liliany Obando Villota, documentary film-maker, trade union activist and leader of the Department of Human Rights of FENSUAGRO, Colombia's National Federation of Agricultural Unions, will speak in Vancouver about the consequences of U.S.-imposed "Plan Colombia", the FTAA, state terrorism, environmental destruction, and the role of oil in this country's ongoing human rights catastrophe.
