Liliany Obando Villota, documentary film-maker, trade union activist and a leader of the Department of Human Rights of FENSUAGRO, Colombia's National Federation of Agricultural Unions, will speak in Vancouver about human rights in Colombia, and the consequences of U.S.-orchestrated "Plan Colombia", the guerrilla war, the FTAA, environmental destruction, and the role of oil in this country's ongoing human rights catastrophe.
