so, the date has been changed for this forum with gordon campbell. it 
is now happening on FRIDAY, sep 19

same time and place:
10am
central branch of the vancouver public library (georgia and hamilton)
main foyer

i'm getting this info from a vancouver school teacher. apparently it 
is some kind of forum and/or website launch to do with public 
education.
