Stop FTAA Hunger Strike at Peace Arch

Rally- Vancouver City Hall    /    Protest- Peace Arch Border crossing

Monday, 27th of October 2003 from 12:00 PM until approximately 1:00 PM

Monday October 27th at Vancouver City Hall (12th and Cambie) 12 Noon Rally

On October 27th, 2003, activists in Vancouver, BC, Canada will begin a 
campout/ hunger strike to protest the policies of the FTAA. They will 
maintain a continous vigil at the Peace Arch in the weeks leading up to the 
FTAA Miami Ministerial on November 20-21.

We plan on raising awareness of the issues locally and preasuring local 
politicans to take more positive opposition to the FTAA.
