Why can't capitalism be reformed?

Presenter: John Cleveland
John is a Professor of Sociology at University College of the Caribou. He
has been a political activist since the early 60's.

His topic is: Why does capitalism undermine attempts at reforming it?
And as an activist, he asks: Why has socialism failed to get rid of
capitalism?
