Hi there.

We have an event that we would like you to attend/support and perhaps help organize?

It is an international event that is going to take place on Nov 20th, here in Vancouver.

That has all the basic information about all the different locations of events as 
well as media files.

We have Xtra West on board as a sponsor so far.
