We are counsel for an aboriginal woman who filed a Human Rights
Complaint on behalf of herself, and all aboriginal people, regarding an
allegation that Tinsel Town Mall (which is located on the edge of Gas
Town in Vancouver) discriminates against aboriginal people by targeting
them and denying them entry and/or harassing them when they attempt to
enter the Mall.

The period of time of this allegation is from the opening of Tinsel
Town, on or about October 2000, through the late spring/early summer of
2001, however, evidence of more recent incidents would also be of great
assistance.

If anyone knows of a person who has been a target of racial
discrimination, or documentation with respect to this issue, we would be
very interesting in speaking with you.

Please note that we must provide our list of witnesses to the B.C. Human
Rights Tribunal by June 4, 2003, so any assistance that you could
provide to us by that date would be greatly appreciated.
