April 1 is the one year anniversary of the passing of Bills 26 & 27 -
the "Employment and Assistance Acts".

These Cuts Kill: Thousands of poor & unemployed citizens in BC will be
cut off welfare in April 04 while parents will have benefits cut causing
more child poverty. This June thousands will lose disability benefits
from the cruel reassessment process. And thousands more are no longer
eligible for welfare at all because of the 2 year independence rule.
Many others, including parents, are currently being cut off now for
missing appointments. THIS MUST STOP!

These bills are cutting the life away from people with disAbilities and
people living in poverty.

Gather with others who are outraged at these cowardly attacks!
