A forum celebrating the 50th anniversary of the attack on the Moncada 
barracks (July 26, 1953) after which the Cuban Revolutionary movement was 
named.  Presentations and discussions will focus on the threats against 
Cuba today coming from the administration in Washington, D.C. and beyond.
